Job Description

As an AI Builder, you will be a full-stack AI software engineer driving core AI innovation by leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions rapidly. You will work at the intersection of executive strategy and technical execution, guiding a team of engineers to transform theoretical explorations into practical solutions while promoting a high-performance culture and advocating for process transformation through automation and AI technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analyze current processes with the Process Owner to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
2. Architect and govern scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise AI solutions.
3. Coordinate business readiness and ensure all requirements are met through project documentation.
4. Produce and centralize project documentation, including Solution Design Documents and API specifications.
5. Promote a Lean Six Sigma mindset to encourage problem identification and quality improvement.
6. Lead solution development using AI-powered IDEs and advanced code generation tools.
7. Integrate AI models into existing systems and design robust APIs for seamless data flow.
8. Drive the horizontal application of AI models across different business units.
9. Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize AI models into production systems.
10. Ensure security by design throughout the AI lifecycle.
11. Drive agile delivery through iterative sprints and continuous feedback loops.
12. Establish optimized CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI development.
13. Communicate architectural trade-offs and technical decisions to leadership.
14. Partner with stakeholders to ensure robust data governance and system integration.
15. Evangelize AI best practices among peers.

Required Qualifications

1. 6+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in building Machine Learning models.
3. 1+ years of experience with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
4. Deep proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, TypeScript, or Go.
5. Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerization, and event-driven systems.
6. Proven track record implementing Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
7. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
8. Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect or Lean Six Sigma.
9. Experience in banking, fintech, or other regulated industries.
10. Active contributions to open-source projects.
11. Familiarity with MLOps principles and advanced understanding of LLM integration.
