Team Introduction
The Data Security Platform Team is dedicated to building a robust and general-purpose infrastructure foundation for data security products. The team enables various data security initiatives to be implemented more efficiently and agilely, continuously improving R&D and delivery efficiency while enhancing system stability and scalability. The team covers several key areas, including security gateways, control plane platforms, and AI Agent architecture.

Responsibilities
- Design and build the foundational AI Agent platform for the security team, including agent framework selection and implementation, tool and plugin ecosystems, workflow orchestration, knowledge base integration and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation pipelines, staged rollout, observability, and cost management.
- Partner with security stakeholders to deliver and continuously improve AI Agent solutions for real-world use cases, such as security operations support, risk analysis and response assistance, policy generation and review, automated analysis, and intelligent Q&A, driving improvements in team productivity and delivery quality.
- Build and enhance API gateway and related platform services, with a focus on core infrastructure such as access control, auditing, tenant isolation, and rate limiting, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and governable.
- Develop a data asset management platform to support internal teams, including engineering, legal, and compliance operations, with data asset management and data policy governance capabilities.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, collaborate with internal and external domain experts, and translate innovative ideas into practical business applications.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $316800 annually.
