What You Will Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate complex customer interactions at enterprise scale.
- Own customer-facing AI deployments from initial implementation through ongoing optimization and iteration.
- Work directly with enterprise customers across industries including financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and technology.
- Build scalable systems that support millions of customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
- Run experiments and evaluations on state-of-the-art language and voice models to improve agent performance.
- Identify patterns across customer deployments and help shape the evolution of the company’s agent platform.
- Debug complex production issues across distributed systems, model infrastructure, and application layers.
- Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering teams to develop new capabilities and platform improvements.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture, scalability, reliability, and developer productivity initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering best practices as the organization continues to scale.
Ideal Background
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience (exceptional candidates with 2–3 years may also be considered).
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience building complex production systems.
- Experience building full-stack applications using TypeScript and modern web technologies.
- Demonstrated success operating in high-growth startups or highly technical environments.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across deep technical stacks.
- Experience working directly with customers and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company with enterprise customers.
Preferred
- Experience building AI-powered products, agents, copilots, workflow automation systems, or LLM-based applications.
- Previous founder, startup operator, or early employee experience.
- Experience at high-growth companies such as Ramp, Rippling, Uber, or similarly talent-dense organizations.
- Background in competitive programming, ACM-ICPC, or other highly technical environments.
- Experience with multimodal AI systems, voice technologies, or conversational AI platforms.
- Strong Computer Science degree from a top technical university.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.

- Base salary: $200,000–$400,000.
