Software Engineer (Agentic AI, RAG Copilot)

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent document and knowledge retrieval.
• Design and deploy AI agents and copilots (including MS Copilot integrations) to enable conversational analytics and enterprise automation.
• Build end‑to‑end AI data pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, vector search, inference execution, and persistence of results.
• Develop semantic search and intelligent retrieval solutions using vector databases and embeddings.
• Enable natural language interfaces for analytics and decision intelligence through AI‑powered conversational layers.
• Integrate LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI‑enabled solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems in production environments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SQL and data engineering.
• Programming expertise in Python for AI/agent workflows.

• LLM APIs & Prompt Engineering
• Embeddings & Vector Databases
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI architectures (Copilot, Chatbot frameworks, MCP)
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI copilots, enterprise chatbots, or agentic AI systems.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLflow.
• Understanding of AI model evaluation techniques and continuous improvement practices.
