Profile Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that leverage Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend systems, integrating LLMs, developing AI-powered solutions, and deploying applications in cloud environments.

This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives, including conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and enterprise-scale AI solutions

Roles & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Creating an automation test plan and getting approval
• Applying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy
• Create Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Cases and Test Data
• Record test results (open new tickets, close existing tickets)
• Attend design meetings with Developers and Architects and provide perspective to improve testability
• Triage issues reported in the field by attempting to recreate in local test environment
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to assess current status and plan the day’s activities
• Provide input on User Story creation from the testing perspective.

Technical Requirements:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
• Build and optimize solutions leveraging Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.).
• Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
• Create AI agents and workflow automation solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Design RESTful APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization strategies.
• Fine-tune and evaluate open-source LLMs when required.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
• Monitor AI system performance and improve model accuracy and user experience.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends, research, and technologies

Experience and/or Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience using Python.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing concepts.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with MLOps, AI model deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem and open-source LLMs.
• Experience with prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
