Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining internal systems.
• Creating innovative new systems and overseeing their maintenance.
• Identifying and resolving problems.
• Integrating systems and platforms effectively.

We expect You to have:

• Experience with system design – You understand how to architect reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems, even if small in scope. You're comfortable making trade-offs and justifying decisions. 
• Clear communication – You can explain your thought process, propose system designs, and collaborate asynchronously or independently.
• A keen eye for quality – You care about clean code, intuitive user experiences, and meaningful impact.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills – You break down challenges methodically and design elegant solutions that last.

• Strong proficiency in the Symfony framework – You’re confident navigating its ecosystem and can structure large applications with best practices in mind. 
• Familiarity with infrastructure observability – You understand the importance of metrics, logs, and traces, and know how to leverage tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK/EFK stacks to keep systems healthy. 
• Understanding of architectural patterns – From layered architectures to event-driven systems, you can identify the right tool for the job and design for long-term sustainability.
