Fidelity Investments Workplace Solutions (WS) organization is looking for a Software Engineer to support our equity compensation recordkeeping platform. This person will play a key role in allowing Stock Plan Services (SPS) to accelerate the pace at which our participants can take advantage of new global capabilities. The individual will make a significant impact as a member of a team responsible for the design, development, and delivery of new and improved experiences for a customer base consisting of 500+ of the Fortune 1000 companies.
We're hiring a motivated engineer to help us scale the delivery of key experiences to allow more participants to realize the benefits of these capabilities. This position provides the opportunity to work on the premiere equity compensation system in the industry, processing grants of stock, stock options, and other stock derivatives trading through domestic and international brokers.
You will be part of the technology team in SPS which is constituted of multiple delivery teams. As a member of one of these teams you will collaborate across the organization. You’ll work alongside your teammates, tech leads, squad leads, quality engineering, support teams, and operations to effectively deliver and enable these global experiences. These experiences will be built around real-time recordkeeping features running on a modernized cloud-ready stack.
