JOB OVERVIEW
The role is involved throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from understanding user needs and designing technical solutions to building, monitoring, and continuously improving production systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand User & Business Problems
Analyze real user needs, business requirements, and the broader context behind product development.
Understand the purpose and expected business impact of each feature before moving into implementation.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify the core problems that technology and product solutions need to address.
Product & Technical Solution Design
Participate in proposing, discussing, and designing business logic and technical solutions aligned with the product context.
Evaluate technical trade-offs involving code quality, system performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Translate product requirements into practical and sustainable engineering solutions.
Contribute technical perspectives during product planning and solution design discussions.
Fullstack Product Development
Develop Frontend, Backend, and other related system components.
Build high-quality, maintainable, and reliable software.
Ensure product stability, performance, and scalability in production environments.
Develop and maintain APIs, databases, user interfaces, and supporting services required for product functionality.
Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve system performance.
Product Ownership
Take ownership of one or more product modules or features throughout their lifecycle.
Monitor product and system performance after deployment.
Analyze product usage data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collect and respond to user feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
Proactively recommend product and technical improvements based on data, user behavior, and real-world usage.
Take responsibility not only for delivering code, but also for the overall effectiveness and success of the solutions being developed.
Engineering Collaboration & Continuous Development
Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering knowledge-sharing activities.
Collaborate closely with Product Engineers, Tech Leads, and other members of the engineering team.
Continuously develop software engineering capabilities, product thinking, and system thinking.
Learn from real product development challenges and apply lessons learned to continuously improve engineering practices.
