Your Impact

Architect and implement high-performance microservices to enhance the capabilities of the Cisco Intersight platform. Develop robust, scalable code using Golang to ensure our platform remains the industry standard for cloud-based infrastructure management. Integrate advanced LLM models into our development lifecycle to accelerate coding, debugging, and the creation of comprehensive functional and unit tests. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, maintainable technical solutions. Drive the success of our AI-agentic initiatives by delivering high-quality features that directly improve operational efficiency for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-6 years of professional software engineering experience in a cloud-native environment.
• Deep proficiency in Golang for developing scalable backend services.
• Advanced expertise in Kubernetes and Docker containerization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and their application in distributed systems.
• Proven experience building and maintaining applications within major cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to leverage modern LLM models to streamline coding, debugging, and automated testing workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong commitment to software quality, evidenced by experience writing comprehensive unit and functional tests.
• Proactive "team player" mindset with a readiness to embrace and solve complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
• Passion for continuous learning and applying emerging AI technologies to real-world engineering problems.
