WhatYou’llBring
Must-Haves:
3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications.
Experience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices.
Proficiencyworking in collaborative development environmentsutilizingsource control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, or deployment processes.
Experience incorporating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products or development workflows.
Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants:
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
