You will be part of a highly talented team that develops and tests TouchSenseTools, an essential part of the NXP TouchSense Solution based on cutting edge technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own and drive the development of key TouchSenseToolscomponents,influencing technical direction and design decisions.

You will work across the full software stack, leveraging modern frameworks and tools to build efficient and scalable developer solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of keysoftwarecomponents, drive technical decisions, and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features

• Drive root cause analysis for critical issues

• Ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability

• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigations

• Work with Product Owner / system teams

• Clarify requirements and influence backlog

• Communicate technical decisions clearly

• Improve development efficiency through tooling and automation

• Contribute to CI/CD and automated testing strategies

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you have:

• University degree in computer science or similar

• Excellent programming skills and provenrecord ofdevelopingcomplexsoftware

• Proficient with TypeScript, node js,Reactand Electron

• Excellentproblem-solving skillsand debugging complex system level issues

• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software systems

• Software benchmarkingexperience

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• LeverageAI tools to improve productivity, code quality, and analysis

• Experience in working with international multi-site teams, good team player.

Your Team

Our team is part ofSW R&Dgroup and is responsiblefordevelopment and testing of NXP TouchSense Solution, including the TouchSenseTools The team is located in Romania, but we collaborate with other local and global team members, while demonstrating independence in solving problems and agility in switching tasks as per project priorities. We use Agile methodology for our products development and implement Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Deployment practices.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
