Software Engineer

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Engage in cloud-native related development and support work. Possess foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in AI and LLM-related technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in technical problem-solving and engineering scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of container platform(Rancher & Kubernetes), including container operating systems, container networking, utilities, related tools.
• Provide advanced L3 R&D support by driving deep technical investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex customer issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
• Designs, develops, and implements generative AI agent capabilities and related platform integrations for Rancher and Kubernetes ecosystems, including AI-driven operational workflows, automation utilities, intelligent troubleshooting, and cloud-native platform enhancements.
• Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for low to moderately- complex products.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Typically 0-2 years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience or understanding of software systems design tools and languages.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Cloud-Native & Kubernetes related skills.
• Proficient in using Git and Github.
  Better know LLM / AIOps knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
