What You Will Do

• Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across the stack using Python, Next.js, and Node.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and influence the long-term technical direction of the product.
• Rebuild core features with the latest technologies to enhance existing solutions.
• Uphold engineering excellence through thorough code reviews and testing, ensuring daily deployments to production.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Python, Next.js, and Node.js, with a passion for building robust systems.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality code.
• Experience in optimizing and scaling applications for performance and reliability.

Compensation and Benefits
