What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript to support a dynamic marketplace environment.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the backend systems to enhance user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0-2 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable backend systems.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies.
Preferred
- Experience with additional backend technologies or frameworks.
- Knowledge of the marketplace or creator economy industry.

Compensation and Benefits
