What You Will Do

• Architect and develop robust, high-performance software systems that underpin AI-driven security and exploitation workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers and security engineers to translate complex offensive security techniques into scalable software solutions.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of platform infrastructure that operates with precision in high-stakes environments.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and iterative product development cycles to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Help establish engineering best practices and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience in building production-grade systems.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, systems design, and software architecture, with a proven ability to deliver reliable results in fast-moving environments.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with security researchers, data scientists, or ML engineers, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• A passion for or curiosity about cybersecurity, offensive security tooling, or AI applications.

Preferred

• Prior experience in cybersecurity, penetration testing tooling, or vulnerability research platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems, large language models, or AI-driven automation pipelines, enhancing the ability to innovate within the role.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $230K to $250K, complemented by competitive equity options. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in New York, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
