About You: The Solution-Oriented Innovator

• Technical Depth & Ownership: With 5+ years in backend or server-side development, you’re experienced in building complex systems from scratch and driving them through every phase, from architecture to deployment.
• Creative Problem Solver: You thrive on tackling tough challenges with fresh ideas, devising clever solutions for new, unfamiliar problems.
• Collaborative by Nature: You enjoy working in fast-paced, collaborative environments, bringing out the best in yourself and others as part of a talented team.
• Bonus Skills: Background in algorithm development, ML models, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Your Role: Drive, Build, and Shape

• Build Scalable Solutions: Develop a robust, scalable system using a mix of languages, frameworks, and machine learning models. You’ll take full ownership of features, guiding them from idea to live product.
• Customer-Centric Development: Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and integrate valuable insights into your work.
• Cross-Disciplinary Innovation: Engage in initiatives across various tech domains — from DevOps and infrastructure to data engineering and full-stack development — expanding your impact company-wide.
