The role

As a Software Engineer, you will be supporting our clients in designing and building robust systems that deliver business logic and scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with dynamic teams to ensure seamless communication between backend and frontend through API development and integration of external services. Your work will not only focus on creating efficient backend systems but also on optimizing security and performance.

We are looking for someone with the following skills

• System Design & Architecture: Drive the development of stable backend systems that meet customer requirements with a focus on business logic and scalability.
• Cloud Solutions: You have experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP, and understand how to build and maintain cloud-based applications.
• Database Management: Design, maintain and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure performance and data flow.
• Security & Performance: Implement security protocols and optimize backend performance.

The Ideal Candidate 🌟

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building solutions with a cloud-first approach. As a key member of the team, your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively will be critical in delivering innovative and high-quality solutions.

Requirements 🎓

• University degree within the IT field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, C# or Node.JS.
• Experience in API development and data base management (SQL and NoSQL)
• Proven experience in implementing security protocols like OAuth and building secure systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to be on-site with clients in Skåne - sometimes traveling across the region

Bonus Points 🌈

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservice and serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
