Requirements

About you:

• Possess 5–8 years of experience in developing and delivering high-quality software within fast-paced teams.
• Have at least 4 years of experience working with React, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
• Write code thoughtfully, with empathy and pride, considering the next person who will read it.
• Have launched real products at scale and understand what it takes to maintain them effectively.
• Approach challenges as a product engineer: focusing not only on “what works” but also on “what’s delightful” and “what’s essential.”
• Know how to disagree and commit, provide and accept feedback, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Engage in side projects, contribute to open-source, or dive deeply into topics driven by your passion.
