The team is responsible for enabling Bing feature teams to make decisions over A/B experiments efficiently and correctly, supporting experiment triage, tooling and dashboards, and experimentation / flight review workflows at scale. We build and maintain platforms that surface experiment health, metrics, and insights, helping teams make informed shipping decisions and move faster with confidence.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. • You will help Bing feature teams turn experiment results into fast, confident shipping decisions.
