Plays a crucial role as a technical representative for various initiatives, ensuring that stakeholder satisfaction and business value are achieved through effective technology solutions. Understand the current state and work objectively in developing clear solutions through influence, facilitation, and communication. Be responsible for mapping process flows, creating technical requirements, designing the solution framework, and building solutions along with any necessary automations in a format that is understandable to both stakeholders and technology teams. Conduct thorough testing of the developed application to ensure that a high-quality product is delivered to production. Tailor communication to suit different audiences and bridge gaps between various stakeholder groups is critical. Closely collaborate with stakeholders, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Solution Delivery Analysts, Product Managers, and Development Teams, to support risk management activities related to project scope. Establish a relationship built on trust, transparency, and collaboration with both business partners and IT teams to ensure alignment and success. Take an emissary approach in fostering change management between our IT and business partners, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new solutions, and promoting a forward-thinking and adaptive culture. Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission. Develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS) Works in a matrix environment and foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines comfortably. Recommends method and procedural changes; defines and documents improvements. Fosters change management in a delicate manner to ensure business and IT partners are comforted through transformation and delivery. Leverages data-driven problem-solving techniques and analytical rigor to complete, document, speaks to risk analysis, and offers solutions to help stakeholders make informed decisions. Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, and monitored. Participates in the quality assurance process to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized. Assists in maintaining documentation and standard-operating procedures (SOPs) related to usage of software products. Attends IT Change Control & Prioritization meetings and helps in the discovery and estimating of impact of change on end user experiences. Researches and identifies industry best practices and trends to increase effectiveness of products and systems. Assists in providing training and guidance to business users and IT teams on supported applications. Always works safely and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, plus 4 years of experience with: Enterprise integration platforms, SQL and relational databases; Established enterprise integration infrastructure, supporting ESB, messaging and SLA monitoring tools and support on call duties; Messaging infrastructure, preferably Azure Service Bus and with Storage like Azure Blobs or Data Lake; ETL and Web Services based integrations with expert level knowledge of developing APis using SOAP and REST architecture styles and data interchange formats like XML, JSON etc.; Basic programming skills such as JavaScript and shell scripting; Source control and build technologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, GIT). May work remotely from anywhere in State of Texas.
Travel Requirements: Up to 15% domestic travel required.
