Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a technical anchor for our India-based team. You will lead the development of reliable, performant, and scalable integration services that power the next generation of healthcare interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact software systems, ensuring they meet both business goals and technical excellence.
Own Outcomes: Drive deliverables that meet functional and non-functional criteria; proactively pivot and lead changes when outcomes aren't aligned.
Global Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers and cross-functional teams across different geographies to ensure a unified technical strategy.
Elevate the Team: Identify and implement best practices, efficient operational processes, and technical solutions that raise the bar for the entire engineering org.
Mentor & Lead: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through insightful design and code reviews, and by providing dedicated coaching to junior engineers.
Skills & Requirements
The Essentials:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
Tech Stack Mastery: Exceptional skills in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful services.
Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.
Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate across functional lines and with global, cross-geo teams.
The "Plus" Factors:
Healthcare Domain: Experience with Healthcare Interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR is a huge advantage.
Full-Stack Mindset: Experience spanning backend, frontend, and operations (DevOps).
