We arecurrently looking fora student for a 6-month internship to develop and prototype a newmachine learning and computer vision system that will be usedtodebug and categorizeICfield failures

Your Responsibilities

• Gathering requirementsforIC field failureroot-causecharacterization

• Literature survey to understand existing state of the art and potential areas for innovation

• Developingpreliminarydata mining/analysis techniques, including natural language processing and image classification/segmentation agentsapplied to IC field failure reports

• Training these agents on a subset of IC field failures to create a machine learning model to categorize a much larger universe of failures

Your profile

• Master of Science - last year of engineeringschool, with strong bases/understanding ofMachine Learning, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Generative AI and Natural Language Processing. A familiarity with CMOS circuits would be a plus

• Affinity withPythonprogrammingdevelopment

• Good level of Englishproficiencyis required (attendanceatmeetings / presentationstointernational team, reading and writing of documentation)
