Job Title: Fresher AI Developer

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Developer (Fresher) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming, machine learning concepts, and problem-solving skills. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions, including machine learning models, generative AI applications, chatbots, data analytics, and intelligent automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and maintain machine learning models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preparation and analysis.
• Build and integrate AI-powered applications using APIs and cloud services.
• Participate in developing Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Perform model evaluation, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Document technical designs, processes, and implementation details.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
• Experience with chatbot development frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD practices.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Recent graduates (2024–2026 batch) are encouraged to apply.
