We are seeking a dynamic Software Development Manager to lead teams of passionate professionals responsible for the design, analysis, and development of world-class supply chain management solutions for the healthcare, third-party logistics, and retail sectors.

The Software Development Manager will oversee the development efforts and day-to-day challenges of teams responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining SaaS software, helping them reach their full potential. You will evaluate existing solutions in order to contribute to technical decisions, define projects and resource timelines, monitor project schedules, and ensure team objectives and milestones are achieved.
You will manage a highly skilled and experienced team of developers who have demonstrated success at Tecsys, guiding them in the continuous evolution of development practices, including the effective and responsible adoption of AI-assisted software engineering to improve productivity, quality, and delivery.
This role will require you to come in for an in-person interview at the office in Montreal.
