What You'll Do
The responsibilities below are applicable in addition to that of the Software Development Manager I
• Manage large, distributed engineering teams
• Oversee the complete systems development life cycle for a product or multiple complex modules
• Actively work with senior management and product managers in driving product strategy
• Lead organizational initiatives and coordinate large customer onboardings
Take a holistic approach to product management, considering not only traditional delivery methods but also the broader impact
and integration opportunities with other products

Experience You'll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any STEM-related program
• 17+ years of experience in the software industry with a holistic understanding of the software development life cycle
• 4+ years of people management experience or relevant leadership skills
• Experience leading enterprise development teams on multiple web and mobile platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent and advocate for complex business or technical
concepts
•
• Good exposure to product strategy
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to change and adjust solutions strategically to remain fluid, agile and impactful
• Good knowledge of software engineering best practices and Agile development methodologies
