As the Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled software developers within the Order Tribe. You will collaborate closely with Product Owner(s), Product Architect(s), and other DevOps teams to ensure the development of scalable, high-performance, and secure IT solutions aligned with the company's business and technology strategy. You will play a key role in driving engineering excellence, setting technical direction, and ensuring adherence to best practices, methodologies, and coding standards. Your role will also include mentoring and coaching developers to ensure continuous professional growth and technical proficiency.


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation
  • Architecture & Design: Collaborate with product architects to define the technical strategy, design, and roadmap for enterprise-scale solutions based on Dynamics 365 Commerce and Azure
  • Code Review & Best Practices: Establish coding standards, review code quality, and enforce best practices in software development and DevOps methodologies
  • Integration & Scalability: Oversee and guide complex system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between front-end applications, global ERP systems, and third-party services
  • Performance & Security: Define strategies for performance tuning, scalability, security compliance, and resilience of software solutions
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical deliverables
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment pipelines.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • strong expertise in Azure services, Dynamics 365 Commerce F&O, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
  • extensive experience in C# (CSU), X++ (CHQ), SQL/NoSQL databases, and API development
  • deep knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), and performance tuning techniques
  • excellent leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and decision-making.
