Roles & Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders and core engineers to design, build, and ship AI-powered features end-to-end.
• Contribute across the stack — data pipelines, ML models, backend APIs, and frontend integrations.
• Own tasks like an SDE, with accountability for model quality, performance, and business impact.
• Debug, optimise, and improve AI systems in production (accuracy, latency, cost).
• Propose and implement AI-driven solutions that impact real users and core business metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on skills in: Python, ML/LLM frameworks, SQL (MySQL/Postgres), and modern JS (React preferred).
• Ability to understand problem statements, work with data, break down ML/product tasks, and deliver independently.
• Passion for building AI products, experimenting with models, and shipping fast.
• Looking for people who love to code and train models daily.
• 2026 passouts preferred, with intent to convert to full-time based on performance.
