1. 负责开发部署在非道路移动设备上的控制算法与系统软件;

2. 与感知模块协同,实现从感知→决策→控制的完整控制闭环;

3. 参与系统建模、仿真、测试和调试,从虚拟环境走向真实设备;

4. 跟踪运动控制领域的前沿技术(如ROS2、路径规划等),不断优化系统性能。

1. Develop control algorithms and system software deployed on non-road mobile equipment.

2. Collaborate with the perception module to implement a complete closed-loop control of perception → decision-making → control.

3. Participate in system modeling, simulation, testing and debugging, and realize the migration of solutions from virtual environments to physical equipment.

4. Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies in the field of motion control (e.g., ROS2, path planning) and continuously optimize system performance.

Qualifications

1. 硕士及以上学历,控制工程、机电工程、机器人、电子信息等相关专业;

2. 熟练掌握 C/C++,有 Linux 和嵌入式系统开发经验;

3. 掌握动力学、路径规划或运动控制算法,有仿真经验(Matlab/Simulink);

4. 接触过 ROS1/ROS2、Gazebo、Pybullet 更佳;

5. 有移动设备自动化项目经历或熟悉电液系统控制者加分。

1.Master’s degree or above, majoring in Control Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Robotics, Electronic Information or related disciplines.

2.Proficient in C/C++, with development experience in Linux and embedded systems.

3.Solid knowledge of dynamics, path planning or motion control algorithms; hands-on experience with simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink).

4.Prior exposure to ROS1/ROS2, Gazebo or Pybullet is preferred.

5.Experience in automation projects for mobile equipment or familiarity with electro-hydraulic system control is a plus.
