1. Overseeing the design, development, and upkeep of efficient, reliable, clean, and optimized systems.
2. Creating system designs and contributing to architectural decisions, then collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement them.
3. Developing innovative methods to detect and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.

Skills & Qualifications Required

1. Demonstrable expertise in Go programming
2. Practical programming experience with Go
3. Experience designing and building scalable applications using Go
4. Strong understanding of database concepts and skills (RDBMS, NoSQL)
5. Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to guide and support the team as needed
7. Enthusiastic about tackling new challenges and learning new technologies
8. Experience in building projects from the ground up is a plus
9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
