In addition to supporting enterprise clients, the company develops its own AI-powered B2B SaaS products , leveraging its expertise in AI, Data Science, and Software Engineering to solve complex real-world business challenges. Its engineering organization includes professionals with backgrounds in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, and large-scale enterprise application development , providing an environment where engineers can work with advanced technologies while directly contributing to products used by major enterprise customers. About the Product The company is developing an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform designed to support the modernization of legacy systems for major financial institutions and enterprise customers. As adoption of the product continues to expand, the company is strengthening its QA organization to ensure stable and consistent product quality. You will be responsible not only for day-to-day QA activities, but also for test automation and continuous improvement of the overall QA process . Requirements Required Qualifications Professional experience in QA or software testing for web applications Experience in test planning, test design, and test execution Hands-on experience implementing automated E2E and/or API testing Ability to collaborate effectively with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to improve product quality Business-level Japanese or above English communication skills sufficient to work with the development team Preferred Qualifications Experience with E2E test automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium , or similar tools Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines QA experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software products Experience building or improving test environments and test data Experience testing products utilizing AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) Why Join? Benefits Benefits Salary: ¥7,000,000 – ¥16,000,000 / year Location: Nihonbashi / Kayabacho, Tokyo Work Style Full-time permanent position. Hybrid work available. Full-flex working hours with no core time. Flexible working hours between 5:00 and 22:00. Professional discretionary labor system may apply depending on the position. Standard working time: 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break. Average overtime: approximately 20–30 hours per month. 123 annual holidays. Full two-day weekend system.
