Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, efficient, and reliable Java code using Spring Boot and related enterprise frameworks.

• API & Microservices: Develop secure and performant RESTful APIs and microservices to support both internal systems and client-facing web applications.

• Design data models, write optimized SQL queries, and manage integrations with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases.

• Develop and maintain user-facing features and interactive UI components using React.js, translating design wireframes into functional code.

• Identify bottlenecks, debug complex issues across the stack, and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

• Write clean, maintainable code backed by unit and integration tests (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, React Testing Library/Jest).

• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software iterations.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with full stack development experience.

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Java (Java 11 or higher preferred) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate).

• Solid understanding of core web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+) and practical, working knowledge of React.js (including functional components, Hooks, and state management like Redux or Context API).

• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding microservice architecture principles.

• Strong proficiency in relational databases and SQL.

• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
