ZAI is Zenzero's AI-powered intelligence platform and it's live, it's working, and it's only just getting started. It intercepts every ticket the moment it lands, reading context, urgency and history instantly, then matches it to the right expert, at the right time using skill, availability and client history. From there, approved workflows run automatically no manual steps, while leadership gets a real-time view of triage rates and time saved.

Already wired into Microsoft 365, Azure, IT Glue, PSA and ERP systems and more, ZAI isn't a side project it's at the heart of Zenzero's growth strategy, currently in private beta with real customers.

This is your chance to help build a brand-new AI product from the ground up, working with internal teams and external customers as it evolves.

Responsibilities

General

• Regularly communicate with stakeholder for specifications and feedback
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation for solutions

Development

• Maintain and support Zenzero products and internal solutions
• Develop new features where required
• Ensure code quality and coding best practices are adhered to
• Ensure scalability of solutions

Requirements

• Ability to effectively problem solve issues in an efficient manner
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues without using too much jargon to stakeholders

Skills and Experience

General

• Experience in working with stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology

Development

• 2-3 Years Experience working in a Software Development role
• Experience of C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL and PowerShell.
• Experience of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and MVC design.
• Experience of Relational Databases structures.
• Experience of Azure AI solutions
• Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices

Qualifications (Desirable)

• Azure Developer Associate
• Azure DevOps Expert
• Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
• Agile Foundation
