Join our Team as a Software Developer Technical Lead

Location: Gurgaon

Hours: UK Shift

Work Model: 5 Days Onsite

About the role:

As Software Developer Technical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our Onecloud application, our customer-facing platform delivering self-serve capabilities and analytics. You’ll guide a small, dynamic team, drive architectural decisions, and champion coding standards and best practices. What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Proficient in ASP.NET Zero, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and XML

• Strong knowledge of .NET framework and C#

• Experience with databases including BigQuery, SQL Server, and Postgres

• Skilled in integrating Redis and Elasticsearch for performance optimization

• Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a focus on intuitive interfaces

• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across the full stack

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Passionate about continuous learning and emerging technologies

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team

• Guide architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices

• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and estimation sessions

• Lead the design and development of core features and concepts

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations to translate requirements

• Introduce new tools and methodologies to improve productivity and quality

• Deliver regular updates on development progress and releases

• Plan and execute out-of-hours product deployments

• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards

• Support continuous improvement and innovation within the team

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
