Join us as a Software Developer Tech Lead

We are seeking a Software Technical Lead based in Porto to strengthen team maturity and technical leadership within Corporate Functions.

In this role, you will design and implement new functionalities and oversee the production of associated documentation to support the delivery of Corporate Applications across the Group. You will ensure that technical challenges are aligned with the Architecture team and that development standards are consistently followed.

You will also lead AI implementation across Corporate Functions development teams, ensuring effective adoption of SDLC AI tools such as Copilot, GitHub, MCP, and others, accelerating and optimizing the software development lifecycle.

About the Team

IT Corporate Functions is the team responsible for all Corporate Applications across the Euronext Group, supporting Finance Systems, HR, CRM, and other key business platforms.

The team acts as a bridge between Business and IT, enhancing communication and enabling business departments to move initiatives forward and automate manual workloads more efficiently, while ensuring compliance with IT protocols and controls.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and drive engineering excellence

• Lead AI implementation to accelerate and optimise the SDLC

• Coordinate process improvement, re-engineering, and solution design to respond to developments identified during reviews

• Debug and optimise code, considering automated tasks to reduce manual and repetitive work

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience in managing the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Your Profile

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in technology, particularly with Azure, C#, and .NET

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in cloud environments

• In-depth technical knowledge in one or several of the following fields of expertise: DevOps (implementation of Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment), IaaS production environments (systems, networks, End User Computing), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines and GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, etc.

• Experience in managing and delivering software or infrastructure development projects

• Experience in process improvement, re-engineering, and root-cause analysis/resolution

• Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
