Your Job

You will design, develop, and support software solutions that enable data‑driven decision making across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Your work will have a direct impact on operational performance by transforming SAP and operational data into clear, visual, and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and web‑based tools. This role operates close to the floor, supporting fast‑paced manufacturing environments with frequent priority changes and high business impact.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications and dashboards that support manufacturing, test, and supply chain operations.
  • Develop visual dashboards connected to SAP and other data sources, translating complex data into clear visual outputs (charts, Pareto analysis, trends, KPIs).
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve response time, efficiency, and operational visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to understand real operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain web‑based interfaces using C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
  • Support 24/7 operational needs, providing timely responses in high‑pressure situations when required.
  • Execute system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure reliability and usability in production environments.
  • Document solutions, dashboards, and data flows to support training, usage, and long‑term sustainability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean, Quality, EHS, and 5S practices.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with C#, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience developing web interfaces and data‑driven dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Ability to work directly with operations teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • High sense of urgency and comfort working under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced English level (C1 or equivalent) for technical communication.
  • Creative, analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working with SAP data, SAP scripts, or SAP integrations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, material handling, and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience building dashboards or reports using Power BI.
