About the role
We are looking for a Software Developer who enjoys working with modern cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and scalable service architecture to join one of our teams at Product Based Solution.

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team where ownership, communication, and continuous improvement are key. You will contribute to the full lifecycle of software development — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and operations.

A key focus for this role is working with AWS-based services, including cost reduction, efficient cloud usage, and solving scaling challenges in cloud-based environments.
We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong, but also enjoys working with others.

You should be open, communicative, curious, and willing to share knowledge, ask questions, challenge ideas constructively, and help create a positive team spirit.

Here’s what you’ll focus on
•Deliver high-quality back-end services in Java and/or Python.
•Build, maintain, and improve cloud-based solutions in AWS.
•Work with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and operational ownership.
•Identify AWS cost drivers and contribute to cost-efficient architecture and operations.
•Work with scaling challenges in cloud-based services.
•Collaborate closely with team members, stakeholders, and other teams.
•Contribute to code quality, reliability, maintainability, and security.
•Participate actively in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
•Share knowledge and support collaboration within the team.

Required competencies
•Strong skills in Java and Python development.
•Strong AWS experience and experience building or operating cloud-based services.
•Experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, or cloud-native architecture.
•Experience working in a DevOps way.
•Experience with CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and production operations.
•Interest in and previous experience with AWS cost reduction, including identifying cost drivers and optimizing cloud resource usage.
•Experience working with scaling challenges in cloud-based services.
•Experience with modern development practices such as Git, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
•Good understanding of secure and maintainable software development.
•Fluent English, spoken and written.

Beneficial competence
•Experience with MQTT or other event-driven/message-based communication protocols.
•Experience with observability, reliability, performance optimization, or security.
•Experience working in Agile teams.
•Experience collaborating in international or cross-functional environments.
