We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mobile App Developer to join our growing Digital Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that support field operations, accessibility, and enterprise integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable mobile solutions aligned with our digital transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using modern frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift).
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between mobile apps and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ITSYS).
Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release cycles.
Ensure mobile apps meet performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
Implement secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID SSO).
Conduct UAT, regression testing, and support go-live activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported from field users and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker, GitHub Actions).
Document technical specifications, release notes, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in mobile app development.
Proficiency in React Native, Flutter, or native development (Kotlin/Swift).
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend integration.
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
Understanding of IAM, SSO, and secure mobile authentication.
Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing domain is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with enterprise-grade apps and integration with systems like GOTO Amarex.
Familiarity with IoT-based mobile solutions or field service apps.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Collaborate with global teams across Germany and India.
