You’ll make a difference by:

  • We are seeking a skilled EDI XSLT Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) development and XSLT-based data transformations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with EDI standards, mapping tools, XML technologies, and integration platforms to support B2B data exchange and business process automation.
  • Develop, maintain, and support EDI mappings and integrations using XSLT, XML, and related technologies.
  • Design and implement inbound and outbound EDI transactions for trading partners.
  • Work with standard EDI documents such as X12, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and XML-based formats.
  • Create and optimize XSLT transformations for data conversion and validation.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical EDI solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction failures, mapping issues, and data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, integration teams, and external trading partners.
  • Monitor EDI processes and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation, mapping specifications, and support procedures.

Your success is grounded in:

  • 3–5 years of experience in EDI development and support.
  • Strong experience with XSLT, XML, XPath, XSD, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
  • Experience with EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945, etc.
  • Knowledge of EDI mapping and integration tools (IBM Sterling, Seeburger, Gentran, SAP PI/PO/CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of B2B integration concepts and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience with FTP/SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S communication protocols.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, or supply chain domains.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
