We are looking for an experienced Jira software engineer to join an international agile scrum team.
Tasks:
We are focusing on Jira, our latest deliverables were tasks around the Jira 9.4 rollout (tests, validations, interface updates, etc), the CROWD retirement, cloudification of the SMBB adapter and currently we have an ACCEDO migration in progress.
Other tasks can involve working on higher complexity (we call it 3rd level) issues with the Jira Support Team - mostly around automations, scripts and DB-related magic.
Basic duties and responsibilities:
• Create and support self-developed Jira plugins (Atlassian Plugin SDK)
• Implementation and maintenance of interfaces to other systems
• Supporting Jira operations on data center
• Supporting data migrations between Jira environments
• Working in a distributed international team
• Work in a rapidly changing agile environment
Desired skills:
- Java JDK 11+
- Postgres SQL
- Maven
- GitLab
- CI/CD pipelines: overall understanding of the topic
- Unix KnowHow
- Jira basic knowledge
Nice to have skills:
- Creation of Docker images
- Groovy
- Apache Velocity
- Atlassian Plugin SDK
