Arcfield is on the lookout for talented and passionate Software Developers to join our team in providing exceptional Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) support to our customer’s Ground Enterprise.
As a Software Developer IV, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of mission-critical systems, working alongside a dedicated team to develop, maintain, and enhance cutting-edge software and web services. Leveraging the Agile framework and user-centered design methodologies, your contributions will directly impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer’s operations and innovations.
The ideal candidate will be considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise and is a forward-thinking, detail-oriented developer who thrives in collaborative environments and has demonstrated expertise in modern software development practices.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
