We are looking for a creative and passionate software developer to join our Identity Next R&D group and lead Check Point’s new cloud identity offering.

Do you have a passion for creating scalable, cloud-architected microservices solutions and a desire to tackle complex technological challenges with a proactive approach to constant improvement? We want you!

We work with an exciting and diverse technology stack: Microservices, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud Technologies (Lambda, EKS, SQS, etc.), MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, and more.

• Lead all stages of the development cycle – from requirement to delivery to production, while developing multi-tenant, high-scaled, efficient, and secured code.
• Be part of a growing and leading team developing state-of-the-art cloud technologies.
• Suggest solutions for complex issues and technical challenges.
• Use AI tools daily across the workflow, from research through implementation and testing.
• Adapt and take on more responsibilities and own your share of the product.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science from a leading university.
• 2+ years of experience with modern back-end languages – Golang, Node.js.
• Fast learner, learning new code and technologies very quickly.
• Solid understanding and experience with cloud system architecture and containerized microservices (preferably Kubernetes).
• A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve software development productivity and code quality and genuine curiosity to keep learning new ones.

It would be great if you also have:

• Familiarity with React.js and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Experience with agile development practices and methodologies.
• Team player spirit!
• Believe in learning new things every day.
