TITLE: Software Developer I

POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Management Improvement team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern, cloud-based applications and enjoys collaborating within a team to solve business challenges. You’ll design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging modern technologies to deliver impactful solutions for our clients and internal users.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Angular, TypeScript
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Git for source control and collaborative development
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from brainstorming to shipping products in a self-driven way
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify requirements and design effective solutions
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Angular, and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Implement, monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines on Azure
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance and reliability of applications
• Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, software design, code, and processes
• Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and sprint planning
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance team efficiency and product quality

BONUS POINTS:

• Proven leadership or mentorship experience
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Services, Docker, Terraform, and Helm for containerized application deployment and infrastructure management
• Experience implementing observability solutions with Prometheus, Azure Application Insights, KQL, Grafana, Loki, or Elasticsearch
• Advanced SQL query optimization for large-scale data processing
• Experience applying AI/ML technologies (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, or machine learning pipelines) to solve real-world problems
• Experience with A.I. assisted coding agent, Codex, or Claude Code
