About the Role:
Intermedia is looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our Contact Center, Real Time Dashboards team. In this role you will be part of an amazing team building real-time dashboards and wallboards that help contact center leaders monitor live performance and make fast operational decisions. This is a great match if you are a motivated self-starter who’s able to dig into complex UI flows, optimize performance for frequent live updates, and work closely with team members to learn the system in depth.

Key Responsibilities


· Develop high-quality code that is scalable, readable, and adheres to company standards. · Build and maintain rich, responsive UIs for real-time dashboards (charts, tables, alerts, drill-downs).· Optimize frontend performance for high-frequency refresh and live updates. · Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, integrate business logic, and refine technical solutions. · Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. · Document development processes, code changes and other technical information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent field and 2+ years of experience. · Passion for developing in broad web-oriented, JavaScript based technologies such as NodeJS, Angular/AngularJS, React, etc. · Excellent communication, presentation and written skills. · A working understanding of Agile and some of its frameworks such as Scrum/SaFE/LeSS.
Bonus Skills:

  • Working knowledge Azure and Amazon Web Services with a globalized product
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools
  • Leading projects from concept to delivery
