The Zephyr platform enables monitoring and motion management workflows by combining real-time surface imaging, computer vision and intelligent device integration. By leveraging camera-based technologies and advanced image processing algorithms, Zephyr supports healthcare professionals in delivering precise, efficient and patient-centered treatment procedures

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, hands-on software developer with C++, C# and Linux expertise and a passion for graphics, computer vision, performance engineering, and modern GPU technologies.
You will be responsible for image processing, handling and processing point cloud data,
Region Of Interest“ selection, video encoding and streaming and communication between distributed system components.

Working closely with international experts, you will contribute to transforming cutting-edge technologies into clinical solutions that support healthcare professionals and improve patient care
Occasional business travel may be required to support project collaboration and international teamwork.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance software components for Linux-based headless edge device.
  • Design efficient IPC and shared memory mechanisms.
  • Implement low-latency communication between software modules.
  • Optimize memory management and deterministic execution behavior.
  • Contribute to platform integration and system-level troubleshooting.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience building successful software systems
  • Modern C++ (C++17 and above)
  • Modern .NET (6.0 and above), C#
  • Solid understanding of real-time operating system concepts, application development on Real-Time Linux
  • Linux internals and Ubuntu-based systems (multithreading, shared memory, inter-process communication, networking fundamentals, low-level debugging, performance tuning, system profiling)
  • Image processing, video encoding
  • Communication protocols (WebRTC, WebSocket)
  • Nice to have – Ensenso SDK, Angular, VULKAN CUDA
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good time management, ability to organize and prioritize project tasks
  • Customer and goal orientation, proactivity
  • Ability to approach problems from different perspectives, creativity
  • Your engagement in international and intercultural project teams in globally distributed environment
