• As part of a small team, you implement innovative solutions and actively contribute to shaping them. You bring your expertise to a wide range of development areas.
• You work on solutions for transport planning, various optimization and scheduling approaches, navigation capabilities, the integration of external systems such as conveyor technology, stations, and lifts, as well as a GUI to visualize the entire system.
• Most of our software stack is written in C++, but we also use many other languages and technologies. We are interested in developers from all backgrounds, provided they have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and an ambition to develop robust, maintainable, and high-performance product software.
• Some of the technologies and languages we use include: C++20, Python, TypeScript, Angular, Protobuf, MQTT, REST, SQL, GitLab, Docker, and Linux.
• We rely on Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, automated testing, and the continuous improvement of our software and development processes.

• You care about software. You love solving challenging problems through high-quality, robust, maintainable, and high-performance software.
• Your job is not just your profession, but also your hobby and passion.
• Ideally, you already have practical experience developing software in C++ or comparable languages such as Java. In addition, Linux is a familiar operating system environment for you.
• You enjoy collaborative development in small, focused teams. Ideally, you already have practical experience with development tools and processes such as Git, GitLab, CI, and similar technologies.
• Experience with TDD is essential to you, and refactoring, Continuous Integration, and automated quality assurance are deeply embedded in your way of working.
• You have a strong eye for software design and can confidently discuss software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.

For this position, the minimum salary is EUR 3,415.01 gross per month (according to the collective agreement for the metal industry, based on 38.5 working hours per week). The actual salary will be determined individually, and we naturally offer market-competitive compensation based on your qualifications and previous experience.
