Main responsabilities / task

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software components for our enterprise SaaS platform using Java, .NET, and modern front-end technologies
• Build and enhance microservices architecture to support high-volume, mission-critical financial applications
• Implement robust unit tests and contribute to automated regression testing to ensure exceptional software quality
• Collaborate with DevSecOps practices, integrating security considerations throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and related tools
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless system integration
• Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments
• Support integration efforts with ERP systems, banking platforms, and third-party financial technology services
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our platform capabilities
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Maintain and optimize existing software systems by identifying performance improvements and addressing technical debt
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards specific to the fintech industry

• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems, banking platforms, and financial technology services.

• A minimum of 9+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience developing and deploying SaaS applications.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• English: advanced / native
• Strong proficiency in Java and .NET development with demonstrated enterprise application experience
• Experience with modern front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale SaaS applications
• Working knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline concepts
• Experience with code repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket) and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database systems
• Experience with API design, development, and integration
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements
• Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development practices
