• Develop state‑of‑the‑art perception and driver assistance functionalities
• Prototype algorithms in Python / MATLAB, then implement production C++ software
• Opportunity to leverage AI‑powered development tools to enhance efficiency and code quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design object‑oriented, embedded real‑time solutions
• Create and execute automated software tests (Google Test, Python testing)
• Validate solutions in SIL, HIL, and real test vehicles
• Debug and analyze complex C++ code and system behavior
• Contribute to sensor fusion, environmental modeling, and tracking algorithms
• Analyze field test results and performance metrics
• Collaborate daily with international teams
• Support customers and internal stakeholders during technical alignments

Qualifications

Required skills & experience:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, ML, or similar
• Solid mathematical foundations (e.g.: linear algebra, trigonometry, discrete math)
• Hands‑on experience with C/ C++, Python, and/or MATLAB
• Experience with software testing and scripting
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Fluent English (daily communication with international teams)
• Strong interest in automated driving technologies
• Willingness to work in international projects and travel occasionally

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive software development
• Embedded systems background
• Knowledge of software architecture, UML, and best practices
• Ability to plan, estimate, and prioritize tasks independently
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Azure
• Knowledge of sensor fusion, tracking algorithms, or machine learning
