About the opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Developer to help modernize our Identity and Access Management ecosystem and build the next generation of AI-driven identity automation.
You will work at the intersection of cloud security, identity governance, and AI-powered decision systems, contributing to:
• Enterprise identity consolidation and modernization
• Scalable Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) automation
• AI-powered access review and decision agents
• Policy-as-code and graph-based authorization models
• Multi-cloud integrations (Azure & AWS)
• Audit-ready, highly regulated enterprise systems
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building secure, full-stack systems that operate at global scale.
What you'll get to do
• Design and build scalable identity and security solutions across enterprise platforms
• Develop automation for Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle processes across cloud and SaaS ecosystems
• Build AI-driven agents to evaluate access requests, support access reviews, and generate audit evidence
• Design and integrate REST APIs across identity, HR, and cloud-native systems
• Implement policy-as-code and rule-engine logic using relational and graph-based data models (e.g., Neo4j + SQL)
• Design secure integrations across Azure and AWS environments
• Implement authentication and federation integrations (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, JWT)
• Engineer scalable, resilient authorization logic capable of handling enterprise complexity
• Automate audit evidence generation and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Audit teams to deliver high-impact modernization initiatives
Skills and experience we value
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (or equivalent object-oriented backend language)
• Strong proficiency in designing and consuming production REST APIs
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling experience
• Experience with relational and graph databases
• Front-end development experience building secure web interfaces and workflow-driven applications
• Exposure to LLM-based automation, AI agents, vector databases, or RAG systems
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS
• Experience automating workflows using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages
• Understanding of secure coding practices in cloud and identity systems
• Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments

• Experience working with identity technologies such as IGA, IDP, and PAM solutions
• Experience integrating authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, JWT)
• Experience implementing policy-as-code frameworks
• Experience building workflow-driven access storefronts or request portals
