About the Role:Intermedia is looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our Contact Center, Real Time Dashboards team. In this role you will build and evolve the services that power live dashboard experiences—aggregating high-volume events into accurate operational metrics with low latency and high reliability. This is a great match if you are a motivated self-starter who’s able to dig into complex code, improve scalability and stability, and take ownership of production-grade services that directly impact customers.
· Develop high-quality code that is scalable, readable, and adheres to company standards.· Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and services for real-time dashboard data delivery.· Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of existing systems. · Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, integrate business logic, and refine technical solutions.· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.· Document development processes, code changes and other technical information.
