Hiring Position: Software developer (Back-End)

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Condition: On-Site

Pay Rate: THB 50K TO THB 80K

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
• Spearhead the development of robust back-end applications for various real estate functions, including lease management, resale transactions, and related processes.
• Technology Proficiency:
• Leverage advanced skills in back-end programming languages, specifically focusing on .NET Core and C# .NET, to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of real estate applications.
• Tool Utilization:
• Utilize back-end tools such as Docker for containerization, incorporating Unit test principles to maintain code integrity and application reliability.
• Version Control Management:
• Implement and manage code versioning effectively, with a strong emphasis on Git, ensuring a collaborative and streamlined development process.
• Security Implementation:
• Apply OWASP security principles to develop and maintain secure real estate applications, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring data integrity.
• Cloud Infrastructure Integration:
• Integrate and manage basic hybrid cloud infrastructure, contributing to the scalability and flexibility of real estate applications in alignment with modern development practices.
• Collaborative Contribution:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive and user-friendly real estate solutions.
• Adherence to Industry Standards:
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in back-end development, ensuring that the applications remain cutting-edge and competitive in the market.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
• Proactively identify and resolve back-end issues, conduct regular maintenance tasks, and provide continuous support to ensure the optimal performance of real estate applications.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Attained a Bachelors degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field, establishing a strong academic foundation.

Professional Experience:

• Accumulated 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Back-end Developer, demonstrating practical proficiency in the field.

Back-end Programming Expertise:

• Exhibited strong expertise in back-end programming languages, specifically highlighting advanced skills in .NET Core and C# .NET.

Back-end Tools:

• Applied knowledge in essential back-end tools, showcasing competence in Docker and adherence to Unit test principles.

Version Control:

• Demonstrated a deep understanding of code versioning tools, with a notable emphasis on Git, ensuring effective collaboration and code management.

Security Principles:

• Showcased familiarity with OWASP security principles, emphasizing a commitment to robust and secure back-end development practices.

Cloud Infrastructure:

• Displayed foundational skills in basic hybrid cloud infrastructure, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of modern development environments.
